CALLING ALL THOSE LOOKING TO GET HELLA HECTIC!

Hella Hectic is the evolution of a classic ski and snowboard cross event. We reimagined the course seen at resorts around the globe and restructured the competitive divisions; from Men’s and Women’s Snowboarders and Skiers to Adaptive heats and even a whole division dedicated to Teams.

Competitors will face off in heats of 4 riders on a course full of banked turns, rollers, drops and step-ups. Winner takes all in each division, with a pond skim finish line to seal the victory!

It will be fast, competitive, and most important… HECTIC!

With a $35K prize purse on the line, make sure you’re waxed up and ready to rip. It all goes down April 23rd at Copper Mountain, Colorado. Let’s get Hectic and hopefully stay dry!

Spectators welcome to watch up close next to the pond skim and alongside the course.

2019 Hella Big Air Recap

Hella Hectic is downhill snowboard and ski cross event which is an evolution of the event series we used to throw called Hella Big Air. It was one of our signature events at 10 Barrel and we had so much fun at HBA over the years. When the world shut down because of covid, we wanted to spice things up and decided it would be more fun to give more people the chance to participate in the event and thus Hella Hectic was born! Click below to watch a recap of the last Hella Big Air we threw at our home mountain, Mt. Bachelor. Caution: Watching May Cause FOMO.

Are you coming to Hella Hectic? If you’re going to be in the area, be sure to stop by our brewpub in Denver located in the RiNo district to enjoy elevated pub fare made from scratch and 20+ taps of locally brewed beer made on site by our Pub Brewer Kay Witkiewicz as well as 10 Barrel favorites like Apocalypse IPA!
