COVID-19 BREWPUB OPERATIONS

Pub Operations:

The health and safety of our guests remains our highest priority. Following the CDC’s recent release of updated guidance for vaccinated individuals and our subsequent evaluation of our current protocols and relevant state and local guidance, we are making a general update to our COVID workplace health and safety protocols.

Effective June 3, at all of our Brew Pubs, and absent any more restrictive state or local requirements, staff and guests who are fully vaccinated and that provide proof of vaccination are no longer required to wear a face covering at our pubs.

Per the CDC, you are considered fully-vaccinated for COVID-19 if it has been more than two weeks since receiving the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or more than two weeks since receiving a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).

Guests and staff that are not fully vaccinated, or choose not to provide proof of vaccination, must continue to wear a face covering at work.

This update applies to face coverings only. At this time we are not making any changes to the capacity restrictions and social distancing policies currently in place at our Brew Pubs. As always, we will continue to monitor federal, state, and local guidance to evaluate our workplace protocols.  We will keep you informed should we make any changes to our protocols at any of our workplace sites and will continue taking the following precautions;

• All staff will be temperature checked prior to working
• All staff will practice social distancing to the best of our ability
• We will offer contactless menus through a QR code linking to our menu that can be accessed through smart devices
• We will be offering contactless payment options
• We will be also offering single use food and beer menus for any guests without a smart phone
• We will be moving our host stands outside of our foyer, to limit guest congregating
• We will be dedicating one employee to continuously sanitize high use surfaces to help prevent any potential spread
• We have modified current employee responsibilities in the host and entry area to assist in spacing out customer contact
• All seating has been mapped out and measured to meet 6ft. social distancing requirements
• Multiple sanitation stations will now exist throughout the building
• Social distancing markers made available where needed to direct guests, and we’ve created one way flow for pub entry and exit
• We will offer single use flatware and utensils if requested by the guest

 

Bend West

• Effective 8/13 as part of the statewide mandate, all employees and customers at our Oregon Brew Pubs will be required to wear masks until seated.
• Effective 7/27 we will be adjusting our hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until further notice. We will be closing for lunch on these two days and will open at 3:00pm.
• Also effective starting 7/27 we will be moving to a late-night menu for our final hour of operations; Sun-Thur 10:00-11:00, and Friday and Saturday 11:00-12:00. This new late-night menu will feature 2-3 entree items along with new shareable menu items, offering a perfect end to a late night in Bend with your friends and family.

Bend East

• Starting 7/21, hours of operation will be: Mon-Wed 11am-9pm, Thurs-Sat 11-11, and 11-10 on Sunday.  We will continue offering Take Out from 11am to 8pm.
