Brewer's Notes

SINSITOR BLACK: Black Ale ORIGINAL RELEASE: 2008 Don't be fooled by the name, this dark beer is light-bodied and smooth with hints of chocolate and coffee.

JOE IPA: India Pale Ale ORIGINAL RELEASE: 2015 Loaded with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops, the generic name SAM posed a possible legal issue. (RE)Introducing... JOE.

OREGON BROWN: Brown IPA ORIGINAL RELEASE: 2012 For us, traditional Brown Ales can be boring, so we jacked Oregon Brown way up with hops to separate it from the rest.

OG WHEAT: Wheat IPA ORIGINAL RELEASE: 2013 OG Wheat gives props to the original gangsters of the PNW beer scene. Wheat beers and IPA's tend to be on opposite ends of the spectrum. We beg to differ.
